I have lived here for just about two years and could not be happier. I work from home doing 3D printing and am starting laser engraving. The manager is a great lady, always willing to help where she can. The maintenance man is great also. I am handicapped and he has helped me several times. While starting my 2D printing and laser engraving I have out grown my three bedroom townhouse, so I am moving to a four bedroom townhouse. (More room for my stuff!) I have lived here for 8 years. It was nice place when I first moved in until new management, Don’t keep my apt upgraded, laundry in the hallway and neighbors never check it so if you need to do your laundry your screwed. And they wash baby dooo doo in the wash machine and it stinks up my wash then. They are very nosy and watch you and in your business. Took down privacy walls just to spy inside apts. violates privacy rights. The maintenance man was rude. I think we have a new one finally. Rent has gone up over 300 dollars in... read more
