Deplorable management. Building is filthy. Crazy prices and they keep taking away amenities. Management refuses to address these issues. Want to see the constant state of the garbage room? Look at the photo. Management’s answer… take your garbage back upstairs until it’s emptied.
Peatt Commons is an excellent place to be. I've been able to live and do remote work from my suite with no disturbances. The building's in a central location with walking access to a huge variety of shops. Daniel (the building manager) is on top of everything and resolves any issues within a couple days. I'm grateful to be here!
