I've found that the building management is accommodating and will go out of their way to help with special requests. The overall building safety and maintenance schedule is one of the best for a rental property in my experience. Routine annual cleaning of the parkade etc. While it's sometimes inconvenient to have more than one or two scheduled visits a year to your unit, it's peace of mind that they are maintaining the cooling systems, water systems, hvac and fire safety. I've lived here a few years now, and I can safely say this is an excellent place to live! This is largely thanks to the Building Manager Daniel and the other staff who work to keep the building clean and well maintained. The building manager is quick to respond to maintenance requests and goes the extra mile for the tenants who live here!! The building is close to so many amenities, so it's very convenient.
