Not sure how this has so many 5 stars but it certainly isn’t in line with the majority of the current residents experiences. Building is extremely poorly managed. Garbage room continuously overflowing to the point you can barely open the door. When the room is clean it’s almost worse given the state of the floor. Landscaping not done regularly, there a tree that should have been trimmed in the spring that is still blocking the stairs to the parkade. Exterior windows only cleaned twice in 6 years. While I had previously left a positive review - I cannot stand by my past words any longer. Management of the building has become far from a priority. Communication from building management is vague with a tone of apathy. Upkeep is of no concern: leaving your unit unlocked after inspections, garbage overflowing, and the garage door and the only accessible entrance to the building broken for weeks with no timelines or updates.
