While I had previously left a positive review - I cannot stand by my past words any longer. Management of the building has become far from a priority. Communication from building management is vague with a tone of apathy. Upkeep is of no concern: leaving your unit unlocked after inspections, garbage overflowing, and the garage door and the only accessible entrance to the building broken for weeks with no timelines or updates. I've found that the building management is accommodating and will go out of their way to help with special requests. The overall building safety and maintenance schedule is one of the best for a rental property in my experience. Routine annual cleaning of the parkade etc. While it's sometimes inconvenient to have more than one or two scheduled visits a year to your unit, it's peace of mind that they are maintaining the cooling systems, water systems, hvac and fire safety.
