I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family looking to rent an apartment. Lore and Jose work very hard and tirelessly to ensure that every resident has a comfortable experience while renting here. Any concerns are promptly addressed and listened to which you won’t get elsewhere. Safety and cleanliness is constantly maintained and a priority here.
Lived here for almost 5 years. The management team, Lore and Jose, are so caring and attentive. They make you feel heard and appreciated.
I was a resident at Peartree Apartments and have only glowing things to say - I loved my time there. I only relocated because of a new job. Peartree is a beautiful community with a great location. I would frequently walk around the South Coast Metro area. Ramona, the property manager, and her team are kind, responsive, and helpful. The property is quiet and very well kept. A+, absolutely would recommend.

We lived at PearTree for more than 4.5 years and found this community is so friendly and we had a good time, friendly management. RAMONA is very nice and friendly. she reacts immediately to the complaints or problems and let it done as soon as possible. How can i forget JOSE, any maintenance problem just a call to Jose its like "Better call Saul", anytime or any day he is there to fix it, very thankful to him.
