Nice beautiful peaful clean place. Fully recomended..
As a current resident, the property is clean and well kept. There is routine pest control. The pool and jacuzzi is routinely cleaned. The property is well maintained. Property is small and scenic for walking after eating lunch or dinner. There are BBQs open for resident use. Property management is on site, very professional and kind. When there is an issue requiring maintenance, the management and maintenance are quick to respond and evaluate/fix the issue.
Ive been here since 2024. When i moved in here they had 5 stars because Ramona was the manager. She left shortly after i moved in and everything went wrong. Homeless people are always in the yard. Today morning a homeless guy was in the jacuzzi at 7:00 am and i ran to my car with my toddler. Our packages are being stolen from our front door for me and my other neighbors.
