It has been two months since the outer glass of my patio glass door was shattered. I asked many times, but the management doesn't want to pay for the repair since it is pricey. they find all the excuses and lies to delay the repair. I’ve been a resident for a few years now & when I first moved in, I genuinely loved it here. For awhile the overall experience felt worth it. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly, especially over the past few months. One of the biggest issues has been constant changes in management. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for several years, and unfortunately, the quality of management and resident experience has significantly declined since new management took over. One of the biggest frustrations has been the ongoing parking situation. Not only is there a shortage of spots, but the way it's being handled now feels out of touch and unfair. I’ve been a resident here, but I’ll be moving out as soon as my lease ends in 6 months— and I can’t wait. Let me save you some trouble: do not rent here. The biggest issue that management REFUSES to address is the illegal parking situation. They let people park multiple cars in uncovered spots without permits and do absolutely nothing about it.
