Ive been here since 2024. When i moved in here they had 5 stars because Ramona was the manager. She left shortly after i moved in and everything went wrong. Homeless people are always in the yard. Today morning a homeless guy was in the jacuzzi at 7:00 am and i ran to my car with my toddler. Our packages are being stolen from our front door for me and my other neighbors. A warning to anyone who is thinking about moving here or touring- don't. This place is easily the worst property in the area in terms of management, parking, and cleanliness. To start off, the leasing manager might be the worst part about this place. If you're looking for someone reliable who's here on time and actually replies to emails and phone calls, Marlene is not the leasing manager you want in your community. It has been two months since the outer glass of my patio glass door was shattered. I asked many times, but the management doesn't want to pay for the repair since it is pricey. they find all the excuses and lies to delay the repair. I’ve been a resident for a few years now & when I first moved in, I genuinely loved it here. For awhile the overall experience felt worth it. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly, especially over the past few months. One of the biggest issues has been constant changes in management.
