I was a resident at Peartree Apartments and have only glowing things to say - I loved my time there. I only relocated because of a new job. Peartree is a beautiful community with a great location. I would frequently walk around the South Coast Metro area. Ramona, the property manager, and her team are kind, responsive, and helpful. The property is quiet and very well kept. A+, absolutely would recommend.

We lived at PearTree for more than 4.5 years and found this community is so friendly and we had a good time, friendly management. RAMONA is very nice and friendly. she reacts immediately to the complaints or problems and let it done as soon as possible. How can i forget JOSE, any maintenance problem just a call to Jose its like "Better call Saul", anytime or any day he is there to fix it, very thankful to him. Our experience while living at Peartree Apartments was beyond wonderful. It's such a tight knit community hidden away in the hustle & bustle of Santa Ana. From the time I toured the complex to day of our move out, everyone was very friendly. Important areas such as the laundry room and pool area were always well maintained. We enjoyed the holiday celebrations at the clubhouse too! A big thank you to the leasing manager, Ramona, for always being willing to answer questions & provide support. We'll miss living at Peartree!
