late on a Saturday night our hot water heater started making terrible noises getting really hot and leaking water all over our basement floor. I am embarrassed to say I was pretty crabby when I called about a plumbing issue that I thought Pearson had fixed the day before. Don, who came out today, was nothing but professional and kind. He troubleshooted the problem and 🤞 hopefully no more issues going forward. Aaron came out the first time and had the same level of professionalism and customer service skill. There are lots of options of companies to use in our area, but I would gladly call Pearson again because of the experience. Thank you!
We had 2 drains that were having problems. Charlie came out and very quickly took care of things for us. Efficient worker and a nice guy too.

We had a terrible problem at our apartment. Toliet backed up out of the blue and bathtub wouldn't drain. It was such a mess. Water everywhere. The building maintenance man tried to no avail to fix the problem. So the manager agreed to call Pearson's at our request and within 30 minutes, Charlie and Mike had the problems solved. They were awesome. They laid down tarps to keep my carpet clean and were very friendly and cheerful. After an afternoon of 💩(literally), they were a great comfort to my husband and I. Pearson replaced a wax ring that was causing the toilet to leak into the basement on January 16, 2019. I noticed today the toilet is leaking again and they will only warranty their work for 30 days. I would be very cautious and observant of any repairs made by Pearson!
We had a gas leak and they came out promptly and solved our problem. We would definitely call them again.
