Paid $116 for them to come out and not fix my furnace. They told me 2 things needed to replace and that it would be over $2,000. Then told us we might as well buy a whole new one for $3,000. Just got it fixed today and it was a valve issue. Not even the items pearson said it was. Very disappointed.

Holy smokes I feel taken advantage of. I have used Pearson's many times but sadly this will be my last. 20 ish min of work was $250.00 to replace an outside hydrant. No estimate, just $250.00. I have no issue paying for a service but this is over the top.
