CROOKS, Liars. Worthless repair people! Can never fix it right the first time. Always wants to charge extra for something that should of been fixed the first time.
We called Pearson's as an after hours call due to some plumbing issues we were having. The guy tried talking us into waiting until the following day because he didn't want to come out on a Friday night at 10:30pm. Then got to our house and instead of looking at our pipes right away looked at our septic tank and told us it was full and was a septic issue. $160 later he left, we waited until Monday to have a septic company come out. Pearson has installed my water heaters, air conditioner, furnace, digital thermostats I can manage remotely, and most recently a Mitsubishi unit that helps push A/C and heat into my porch so I can use it year-round. Their technicians are helpful, knowledgeable and the follow-up is very good. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend Pearson.

I tried going the cheaper route to fix a plumbing issue. One month later the problem resurfaced because the first service provider didn't have the correct equipment for the job. I ended up calling Pearson and now seven months later the problem has not returned. Yes, there are cheaper plumbers out there but they ended up costing me more money in the long run. I wish I would have called Pearson first.
