We have never had anything but great experiences with Pearson. We often have leaky pipes and everyone who has come has been neat and professional. One problem we had involved all 3 floors of the house and the plumber was very conscious of the issues with cutting holes out of walls and ceilings and did everything possible to minimize the drywall repairs needed. They have always been responsive - arriving as quickly as possible. Happy to be able to count on them, just sad we have to so often!
