Sold jewelery to me that they appraised but then when found out not worth half of that they wouldn’t take back, after they said i would and drove two hours to do so.

I picked them up in the store and Pearlman's gave me an appraisal for close to that. After getting it appraised somewhere else I found out they were almost worthless! I brought them back and they told me the same thing! The staff was very knowledgeable! I had no idea that not all diamonds were treated equal! And they were extremely easy to work with! Even though we went in there looking for an engagement ring, I couldn't resist purchasing a vintage late 1800's Sterling silver Medusa ring! I had no idea they had a whole case displaying unique vintage jewelry! And all very affordable and very reasonably priced! There is something for everyone in there! I highly suggest checking this place out!
