Customer service is horrible. Front desk lady was rude, loud and not friendly at all
They make you purchase a $50 test so my child and I would pay $100 extra for the exams on top of my insurance. I also went to get Meta the other night, older guy working told me my insurance wouldn’t cover them…I said fine thinking he was referencing the frames only…end total was almost $550 for 1 pair of meta glasses. I went to another place got meta for my son and I with insurance applied came out to $315 together! He gave me racist vibes. This Pearle Vision has a great selection of colors and lenses for kids which was what I was looking for I was greeted kindly and seen quickly. I Also got a courtesy call to let me know what was happening with my little girls glasses I think I’ll stick with this place
It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. I brought in my own frames and prescription. I was told 2 weeks. After two weeks I called and was told "the left eye is on backorder" and that she'll reorder. I waited another week and still nothing so I called again. I was told the same thing again except this time I was told when things are on backorder they don't automatically process when material is back in stock so he had them reprocess it.
