I had a great experience buying my new pair of glasses from Pearle Vision. I was served by Mona. She clearly provides and explains the information you need in choosing the right product. She makes sure you will be happy with your purchase.
After a long time without taking care of my eyes. It happens that i showed up to this optometrist office to do my eye exam. And Mrs. Cristal was who guide me and help in my process to get my pair of glasses. That i haven’t get yet but thanks to her customer service im sure everything would be fine!!
Had a really good experience getting my eyes checked and picking out my glasses. Everything was so smooth and easy, and Vina was a huge help. She was really patient with us and helped us find exactly the glasses we wanted without making the process feel rushed. She was super friendly and made the whole experience comfortable.
Great service, quick turnaround time. I lost my glasses and needed a replacement pair asap.
