As others have said, Dr. Ray is very thorough in performing the vision exam. You feel that her observations and responses are completely tailored to you, rather than going through the motions to renew a script. She also gave enough context on contact lens pricing so that I could make an informed decision when I follow through with purchase. It was an added bonus that the staff is friendly and cheerful. Overall, this experience made me feel I got the best value for my annual exam!
Our family had a great experience at Pearle Vision with Dr. Ray, technician Robert, and opticians Parker and Warren. Dr. Ray provided very thorough eye exams and took time to answer all of our questions so we felt well informed. Robert was professional and attentive, and Parker and Warren were fantastic helping my two college-age daughters and me choose glasses that fit our styles. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful with pricing and insurance options. We’ll definitely be back for our next annual exam.
Dr Ray was great!
Dr. Ray provided one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever received, was very impressed. Support staff including Warren went above and beyond to ensure my transaction was made through HSA and voided a previous charge (error on my part) without any issues. Appreciate the top tier, friendly service of this office and highly recommend them to all.
The Dr was great. She gave me the most thorough eye exam I ever had but on the other hand the eye glass technician (I guess that is what you call them) are very rude and condescending. I purchased a pair of glasses from them and the lenses had a slight flaw in the corners where my peripheral vision was blurry in the right corner of one eye.
