The owner refuses to return my money for glasses he never provided to me. He got paid $800 and won't even get on the phone to explain why he's such a thief! Ross Devore should be closed down.
My husband and I could not have been happier with our visit to Pearl Vision in Commack. The store is very clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was interested but apprehensive in getting contacts for the first time. After speaking to the Dr. he agreed I was a good candidate. Sales associate “Angie” was assigned to teach me how to use them. I cannot believe how rude the staff was at my appointment today. If you are not there to spend hundreds of dollars, they don't want you to waste their time. I have a pair of broken frames and they first told me they couldn't order the part. Then all of a sudden when I called another location, they could order the part, but for more money. When I decided to wait and decide what I wanted to do, the woman threw my receipt on the desk and said "you're done." Had a very bad experience with the customer service in person and via phone. The female doctor was nice but my family will not return. They would not approve an order for 1800 contacts because it was not a brand they recommend. I was without contacts for a week and now have to order through them because I am left no choice. When I said my family would not be returning they really could not have cared less. Sad that a local business operates likes this.
What an amazing staff!!! They assimilate friendliness with extensive knowledge and for that I am extremely grateful!! Getting eyewear can be such an unpleasant experience, but I left the store with gorgeous sunglasses and an enjoyable experience! Thank you!
