I had previously posted about Pearle Vision in Roswell when I was upset because I needed a referral for cataract surgery and ended up with glasses instead. I went back to Pearl and got my referral. Today I had the consult with the eye Dr who will be doing my surgery. Pearl was absolutely wonderful and Dr. Oiefer is the best! He was very supportive as I have been having a difficult time of it with my eyes, mostly my right. Please let me fix my bad and apologize for the negativity in my original post. Dr. Oifer, Dave, Henry and all the staff are helping us deal with retinal disease. They are kind, helpful and supportive.

Consistently helpful and friendly staff! I had to replace a very expensive pair of scratched and broken prescription glasses today. Henry did an excellent job, gave me a loaner pair to use while mine was on order and, most importantly, did it all with a smile and a great attitude. It's nice to see that excellent customer service still exists. Thanks!
The doctor is great
I am writing in regards to a recent visit to the Pearle Vision located in Roswell on Alpharetta Highway. I could not be happier with my experience. First off, Melissa one of the Dr.'s assistants could not have been more pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the entire process! She was able to answer all of my questions and I felt confident with her responses. When I got to the step where I had to select my glasses, Lauren really ensured I had the best fit for my face. My family and I go to this Pearle Vision and LOVE it. The staff is very knowledgable and the technology there is second to none. This Pearle is very busy, but the docotor is very efficient. The selection of glasses is also fantastic. They have frames that I havent been able to find anywhere else. Thanks Dr. O!
