Dr Oifer has an amazing practice. I've been seeing him for the last 10 years. He really cares about you and will spend as much time with you as you need. You never feel rushed or like a number. My only complaint is that they don't process my VSP for me, but VSP won't let them (or any chain)... to make up for it they do offer discounts! I don't know about other Pearl Vision centers but he is ALWAYS busy... and I'm not surprised.
We go to this place year after year because the staff is great and the Dr makes your visit comfortable and pleasant. He has great conversation and always treats my partner and I with respect and kindness. Fantastic office.
Dr. Oifer is the best there is, bar NONE. His expertise as a doctor is tremendous, and he is one of the nicest persons you will ever encounter on this planet. I lived in Roswell GA for many years and was privileged to be quite near to Dr. Oifer's offices. However a year ago I moved to another Atlanta suburb which is close to an hour's drive from Dr. Oifer's offices. It will soon be time to get another eye exam and to purchase new contact lenses. Great Service – Wow! This is THE place to go to get glasses and contacts. The staff is fantastic and I loved the doctor!! I love the selection of frames ranging from name brands to hard to find boutique brands. Amazing experience!
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Oifer. I came back after having a less than perfect experience after we moved to NC. Since we get back to Atlanta to visit, I decided to get my eye exam and possible new frames. He was asking me about my wife and family and truly cared. This meant a lot at today's day and age. Given my tastes, I picked out the most expensive pair of frames but just could not pull the trigger since it was not in my budget. I can't say enough about this location. I admit I've not been the best at keeping up with eye exams. Went with my wife and Dr Oifer was like an old friend in minutes. Really appreciate the time he spent going over things. The ladies out front didn't push anything on us, just simply helped us find what we wanted. A couple of months later when someone in the family smooshed my glasses I was surprised at the way in which they took care of my needs. This is my place going forward. Thank you all at Pearle.

i have been coming to Pearl Vision for many years, and it's the customer service that keeps bringing me back. They do have an excellent selection of glasses and take time to make sure the perfect frame is found for your face and prescription. No one there rushes you and takes ample time to make sure you are satisfied.
