Service was great-even how busy it can get at the store. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. The selection of high end frames was astonishing! Thank you for all of you hard work!
Excellent customer service.
It's true that this office is busy. But there are reasons. They have the best eye exam technology available. Period. Some of their equipment isn't even available to a nearby Level II trauma hospital. Their price is reasonable, the owner/optician seems to sincerely cares about his patients and he knows what he is doing. The bottom line is that they are the best, bar none, at examining eyes. When it comes to portecting my vision, I don't see any reason to skimp.
Howard is very knowledgeable, he made my experience very smooth and less complicated as I had explained my issues/problems/concerns.
