I was able to buy here sports glasses. I badly needed it to protect my eyes.
Dr. Rosenthal was great. Very professional Service not so good. Lenses were 534 dollars using my frames. Not so bad with the extras I ordered with them. However they call me to tell me my lenses are in I go in to drop them off and they tell me it will be a three hour wait. I was not happy but... I return for the lenses and one of them has a chip in it. They reorder it. Call me about a week later tell me the lens is in. I go back to the store and lo and behold it is another two hour wait!!! My husband and I agree!! Dr Oiffer and his office staff are the best!! We've been gettig our glasses and contacts at his office for close to 20 years!! We wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Dr.Oifer has been taking care of me and my eyes for 20 years. He's awesome! And David isn't too shabby
I only use this location to buy lenses and frames, I do not have my eye exam done here. I've been using them for glasses for three years because they have a really good frame selection of higher-end and more unusual frames. My glasses are like jewelry to me and I like them to stand out. I've had many compliments on the frames I've purchased here. I've always found the staff eager to help (make a sale, same thing in my case). Doctor Oifer is simply the best. He and his staff have always been very personable and professional to me and my family. I would highly recommend them. On many occasions I have bent, sat on, dropped and lost my glasses. Dr. Oifer and staffers have always gone out of their way to help me. Would not think of going anywhere else.
Hadn't been to this pearle in years because I moved further south. It was always super crowded, but I was pleasantly surprised with their new system. I was assigned an optician who sat with me and answered my questions. I didn't buy that day, came back the next week, and everything was on file. The young lady was sweet, and gorgeous by the way. AWESOME...AWESOME...AWESOME. The team takes a personal approach working with their clients. Henry and the eyeglass specialist have years of experience making your frames and lenses perfect. If it is not they make it perfect, even if they have to make a brand new pair ....no problem!! The value and the high standard of customer service is unbeatable. Not to mention they don't charge what other centers here do. All their sevices are very affordable. Eye exams, contacts or glasses you will not find a better deal.
Dr. Oiler is the ABSOLUTE BEST! LOVE HIM! He always takes such good care of us for at least 10 years now. Won't use anyone else!
