Pearl Vision Rochester Hills Mi. on Rochester Rd, I went late in the day on a Saturday, met with Catherine Churchill store manager. That day, a week or two before Christmas, They most likely saw , random guess over 100 people, was able to get a eye exam and fitted with glasses that day, I had progressive lens, a week or so there were in, they need an adjustment Catherine took care of evening thing! Getting glasses I believe in not a cookie cutter process, anyway I can give Pearl a Two Thumbs Up !

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. 34 days and counting and STILL NO GLASSES. Their customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. Dropping $700+ on prescription glasses and sunglasses you'd think they would care. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND WOULD LIKE GLASSES IN LESS THAN A MONTH TURNAROUND - AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this location. My glasses were late to the promised timing and they did not feel the need to call and inform me of the issue. They had no sense of ownership or accountability to the problem. The manager did not call me regarding the issue after I asked that she call me and when we spoke in person, she was unwilling to see the need for improvement. Would not recommend buying from this store.
The best! The whole staff is fantastic! Love them!
