I has a great experience at Pearle Vision! The staff was very attentive and caring from the moment I called to make an appointment. The doctor was very nice and wanted what was best for my eyes, he would not give up until I was satisfied. He even supplied me with a Clear Care Plus contact cleaning system to help prevent further papillary conjunctivitis already present. Thank you to the very rude receptionist for the doctor who told me that my insurance "was only medical not vision" #1) incorrect and 2) for hanging up on me while I was trying to look up the info to give to her as I'm reading my insurance card that clearly indicated vision insurance information. I loved the Pearle vision I used for many years in Maryland, but I won't be using them here in Florida. So much for southern hospitality :(
Not a good experiance at all the dr was good but the eyeglasses part was less than accaptable customer service
