Went to pick up glasses, doors locked with a sign that says "dude gotta eat, back in 5" scribbled like a kid wrote it, "Dude" wasn't back until 30 minutes later and was so rude about me picking up glasses when he had other customers in the store (he called ME to come get them) plus, when ordering them, I asked for a copy of the RX in case I wanted to shop for other glasses elsewhere and they gave me an RX that only listed changes from last visit, not the full RX....totally unacceptable. RecommendedI have a problem with a bad prescription from a local doctor that was grossly wrong. Pearle has gone above and beyond to help me solve the problem. It was a unique situation because th doctor had left the area and the doctor taking over her business was like whatever. The store manager went out of her way to help me out. I’ve always gone to Pearle and I always will. Excellent customer service. ❤️
I placed an order for glasses a month ago and still have not received them, when they said it would be only 2-2 1/2 weeks. I've called the store and left multiple voicemails never to be returned and sent emails never to be contacted. The least they could do is give me an update about the status of my glasses? Do not take your business here.
I must say that i wish my health insurance was accepted here because i have nothing to say but good things about Dr. Graham and his whole staff... I had my eye exam there and doc fixed me up with a set of state of the art lenses and i love them.... i have glaucoma and my medical insurance is not taken there....BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM....
Husband and I both needed glasses which also called for exam. The doctor was excellent and took plenty of time with us to make sure we had it right. Then the hard part deciding which glasses we wanted. That took a lot longer but we had help in making the decision and lots of suggestions. All in all we were very happy with out visit and it took exactly one week to get the glasses. Thank you!
My daughter's glasses needed a small repair. As the office where I usually take my daughter for eye care is closed on weekends, I decided to take her glasses to Pearl Vision. They repaired her glasses at no cost. Gretchen, the lady who took care of us, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us even though my child was not a patient there. I was really impressed with the outstanding customer service; I highly recommend this location!

Walked in to make my daughter and appointment for an eye exam . The staff was super friendly and amazing and very patient after close to an hour of trying on and discussing different frames we were able to find the perfect frames for the perfect price.
Absolutely amazing service! I came in as a same-day walk-in and received prompt and immaculate service from the optometrist and all others who work within this establishment. I would recommend this business to everyone for their optical needs.
