Do not go here. This place is over priced and very miss leading on their warranties. I got so screwed here. Person I worked with was very arrogant to after I paid for my glasses.
Don't go here. I first went in on December 26, but they didn't get my glasses in until January 27. They were cut wrong so theyt had to redo them. It is now March 5 and they still haven't got my glasses in, even though they said they put a rush on them. Every time I call I get one or more stories on why the delay. I'm asking for a refund today, which means another delay while I try to find a reliable place. BTW, Sears owns Pearle, so don't go there thinking they're any better. This place is a joke ! Over a month of dealing with people who had no idea what they were talking about. Was quoted several different prices then charged twice as much .glasses came back cut wrong not only once but twice! Had to call corporate several times . Finally got a refund but was over charged for the eye exam !! Never again will they get my business! Beware!!
we went to have glasses adjusted a young man came over an said wow I could break the nose pieces right off I work on jewlrey then a lady comes over with 2o yrs exp she said theres nothing wrong with the way they sat on his face and they were crooked wow went to sears optical an they couldn't believe what had happened at pearl vision they fixed them an would never go to that pear vision again
