What horrible service and lack of care for people. They focus on top down selling and don’t care about your needs. I was told with a light prescription that I needed bifocals and when asked why because I’m over 40?? They have a manager who will not call back. I can’t imagine how many people have overpaid and didn’t realize they had options. We’ve called customer service three times and still no return call. I would avoid this business if you can.
The experience was horrible .. I wouldn't not recommend this office to anyone! The only reason I did business here is because my insurance company recommended it and I'm not familiar to area! Never again.. I feel riped off and the wait and customer service stinks!
Very disappointed today. The receptionist was very rude to me because I was seven minutes late. She said I was WAY past my appointment time and I would have to reschedule. I tried to explain that I had been caught in a construction zone and she asked me when a good time would be to reschedule. I will be switching places immediately. I feel I will be treated with more respect somewhere else.
I've been going here for years and love their service. Cyndi, the manager, is awesome and always helps me pick the best frames.
Absolute worst experience ever. The MOST OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED place for glasses and contacts. We had three different appointments and still spent over $1000 AFTER insurance. Never again will I go there, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is terrible, they only give you the expensive contacts and don't offer any other option until you complain, and even then it's half of the story. Never again. I am extremely disappointed with Pearl Vision. We have been longtime loyal customers, but it has taken us a month to get my husband's glasses that we spent $1000 for and paid extra for them to be rushed. When I call them they are completely bumbling, incompetents unable to even make a simple phone call to the lab to find out why the glasses are taking so long. We still don't have the glasses and probably never will. Take your money elsewhere.
