Portage Michigan. They have the most absurd hours and scheduling practices. No one answers the phone, and their voice mail is always “full,” but you can’t pick up your glasses (that you already paid for) without an appointment. And you better be sure you can make that appointment it between 9a/3p mon-fri. Or maybe that’s not true... maybe I just think they close at 4p because the voicemail always SAYS I’m calling after hours... WTFK?
Never again!!! Had an appointment in February and the prescription came- COMPLETELY WRONG! When the employee was told she suggested to “wait a week to adjust.” Covid and shut down then happened... August 19th, we were finally able to get in and have the optometrist check, sure enough, wrong... it’s a month later and the correct prescription still isn’t in with ZERO contact from Pearle Vision. I’ve tried calling 8 times already today and no answer. Not to mention, their times online are incorrect.... supposedly?
I was lied to about the blue light filter on glasses and told they were clear so I ordered it on 2 pairs 1 new and 1 replacement lenses. Get new glasses and lenses are blue and I can see the blue reflection when wearing, send back to remove. Glasses come back in and I send old frames out for the new lenses. I stress to the girl I do not want the blue light filter on the second pair either, go to pick up today and guess what, second pair comes in with filter. In 30 years, I've never paid this much for glasses. I absolutely have buyer's remorse. I feel totally bamboozled by the sales person.
