I’m sad to write this review because this place is literally blocks from my house and I’ve only had good experiences in the past. Having said that- with my most recent appointment, I booked online for Sat at 8am. Showed up and apparently the Dr. wasn’t in that day so obviously could not complete my appointment. Ok- maybe that one was my mistake. Before leaving, the girl rescheduled me for 10:40 the following Saturday. Great- it’s on my calendar. They appear to never answer the phone or delete or listen to messages because the mailbox is always full.
This is the WORST place ever. Their customer service is horrendous. 1 month later we still dont have our glasses. They dont call with updates about your order. Every time you call they put you on hold a minimum of 15 mins. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and even calling Help me Hank. DO NOT use this location spare yourself. Go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with my eye exam at this Pearle Vision location. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted me in choosing a pair of frames that I absolutely love. Dr. Adams was thorough and professional and explained every step of the exam to me! I was promised my glasses in a week and they arrived sooner! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist!
This place is the absolute worst. First they book four people for the exact same time for my appointment, yet I patiently wait. I order my glasses and am told 7-10 days. 10 days pass I call and am told 10 business days, I finally get my glasses and they ordered the wrong lenses. They order a second pair REFUSE to expedite the process I wait another 2 weeks and again they order the wrong lenses.
