LONG REVIEW! BE AWARE. Greeter's were nice. They probably should acknowledge people more and greet them at first instead of just staring. Really awkward but they were nice. Dr. Yang IS AMAZING! she was very nice and answered all my questions. After receving my glasses 3 weeks afterish, I was having trouble still seeing with my lens far distance. I was so lucky to find this Pearle Vision when I moved from NJ to Westchester County, NY. It’s close to home, but, even if it were further away, I would still go there. The doctor, Dr. Michelle, was so knowledgeable and really cared about my eyesight. She also was patient with me because I’m hard of hearing. The whole staff is like that, patient and caring. I highly recommend them for your eyes.
Since moving to CT been going to the store in Hamden. For the past 3 years have gone to Eddie Elias and he is outstanding. He actually listens to you as a customer and very thankful for the business. He is up on all the trends every time I visit. I have gotten progressive glasses the past 3 years and get loads of compliments. You need to go visit EDDIE ELIAS. A true expert!!!! 5 stars! I found the people at the Glendale office to be friendly and helpful. The glasses they prepared for me work perfectly and they fit comfortably. It's amazing, I can see stars again as pintpoints of light!
I wanted 7 pairs of glasses, 3 different types of lenses and a duplicate pair of 40 percent black tinted lenses which was lighter than their black tint sample. Many issues with the brand's lab producing a match. At the end I got everything I wanted. Best collection of glasses I ever owned. Would not have happened without the Peoria store manager keeping track of everything along the way. Thank-you Peoria, AZ. Pearle Vision store manager!
Customer service was great. The optometrist sucked! My former optometrist retired Harvard trained. The optometrist was giving me my exam witch seemed different than prior exams over the years. I got the glasses and they weren’t right! Went to private optometrist and he informed me that the lenses were wrong. He did exam which seemed normal. Got new glasses which were spot on. Would never go there again

If you have a problem, go to Terri the owner, who actually works in the store – that was impressive. Had a issue, Terri took care of it Immediately. I had a prescription already for my glasses. I went in and found the frames I wanted and in less than two weeks I had my new glasses. I had everything that I requested in terms of transition lenses and them being Crizal. The fit is good and as a first-time EVER wearer of glasses, I am very pleased.
