Horrible! Ordered glasses, they took 3 weeks to arrive. A rude kid called me and told me they were ready. I went to the store on a Thursday at 1:49pm. Thursdays are one of the days they are open, and for pickup without an appointment. No one there. Store is closed. At random. They knowingly overbilled me for services and will not issue a refund. They tried to cover their actions with the Attorney Generals office by submitting sloppy “backup” thinking it would be sufficient. They have been avoiding the Attorney Generals request for documentation to support their reasoning for months. Because the Attorney Generals office is limited and cannot take legal action, if they get enough people that have valid cases of fraudulent billing then they can escalate the issue. I am updating my review shown prior to this. I took my prescription back to the ophthalmologist and found out it was their mistake not Pearle Vision’s so please disregard my last review
DO NOT GO HERE. I went to pick up my bi focal glasses today and they were so blurry I couldn’t see out of them. They said the prescription must have been wrong but how can both lenses in the bifocals for reading and long distance be wrong! They refused to give me my money back
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Hamilton and he was extremely unprofessional. He made me feel very uncomfortable, talked about inappropriate things and used profanity freely throughout the appointment. He also told an extremely long personal story which had nothing to do with the appointment and was inappropriate in this setting. If you need an eye doctor in the Fairfield area, keep looking.
Terrible experience here! If you want to spend too much money, them not tell you about your insurance ever, and them ever keep their word about anything and send in incomplete and wrong orders, go see these guys.

I still stand by my google review, you all have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went to Walmart with the same request to have the lenses put in a different frame same lenses!!! You all didn’t want to try!!!
I asked for a particular set of glasses to be made, but it was all to hard for these clowns to just do as they were asked. Not impressed at all!
