THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went to their place 2-3 weeks ago for my annual eyes check and new contact lens as it was almost out. After getting my eyes checked, I did not get chance to wear the trial contact lens of my new prescription from their doctor as he said they were out of it. Hello, I purchased 2 pairs of glasses totaling $1,150 from the Robinson Twp. PA. Pearl Vision. Within a month the right lens of the reading glasses had scratched, so I contacted the store. I explained I added the scratch resistance option for $160 and wanted them to confirm that it was added when they fix the scratch. Without knowing who I was the manager said it was not the scratch resistance because they can scratch even with it. If I could I would give it no stars. I took my young son there for a exam for preschool, they told me they could do his exam and suggested Dr Sweeny since she was good with kids. First off we had to wait almost 50 minutes later then our appointment time. Then about 5 minutes into the exam the doctor said she couldn't do the exam because he was a little fidgety and would move his head when trying to follow the pen tip. Mismanaged! Sorry but my time is valuable and post waiting 45 minutes to purchase simply frames I left. It was Saturday. Everyone knows it's busy so Why would there be ONE person there to help? They say they care for your eyes but they do Not care for the people who own those eyes! Hire more people to help especially on weekends WTF!
This Family First Vision Care is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I had scheduled my appointment ahead of time at 5:00 pm. When I entered the facility, I was instructed to wait as the doctor was not ready. I found myself waiting for nearly an hour. The appointment itself was fine. However, when I completed my appointment, I was given copies of my prescription.
