Customer service was great. The optometrist sucked! My former optometrist retired Harvard trained. The optometrist was giving me my exam witch seemed different than prior exams over the years. I got the glasses and they weren’t right! Went to private optometrist and he informed me that the lenses were wrong. He did exam which seemed normal. Got new glasses which were spot on. Would never go there again

If you’re looking for highly regarded professional eyeglass store, go to Pearle Vision in Strongsville Ohio. Quality classes and affordable prices. If you have a problem, go to Terri the owner, who actually works in the store – that was impressive. Had a issue, Terri took care of it Immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Terri and Pearle Vision. Gary
I had a prescription already for my glasses. I went in and found the frames I wanted and in less than two weeks I had my new glasses. I had everything that I requested in terms of transition lenses and them being Crizal. The fit is good and as a first-time EVER wearer of glasses, I am very pleased.
The visit today was great! What an awesome staff! Mary was a very nice woman who helped me out, but she was so friendly and really had amazing customer service skills. The Dr was also great too as I had questions and he was very patient with me. Just a great experience. Thank you!
The staff at Eastview Mall is wonderful I've been going for over 15 years for my eye exams and look forward to working with them all, from exam to fittings!! They are professional, personable, helpful and honest. I highly recommend this store. Kudos to all!!

Not happy with this place they give me expired contacts and then the same contacts for both eyes which is the wrong contacts and then said they couldn't fix it.
THE WORST QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Don't know how to do a basic eye exam. I went to their place 2-3 weeks ago for my annual eyes check and new contact lens as it was almost out. After getting my eyes checked, I did not receive the trial contact lens from their doctor as he said they were out of it. They went ahead help me order the whole year plan for my contact lens without knowing if the new prescription works well for me or not.
