I visited Dr. Yang July 2022 for an eye condition, she did an eye exam to evaluate my vision (which was not related to the reason of my visit), but later I took her prescription to get a new pair of prescription glasses, but the new glasses based on her prescription were blurry, I re-did the glasses but again the glasses were no good, I then decided to re-do my eye exam at lens crafters and it turned out that Dr. Yang’s prescription was wrong. I've been going to Pearle Vision Six Corners for well over 10 years and I always receive top notch service. I was there again this week for my annual check and associate Ewelina N was a terrific help along with Dr. Ryan Yaffe OD. I trust my eyes to Pearle Vision.

Do not go to this non corporate (privately own location or any others owned by them) multiple HIPAA, ADA and other violations (front half of store). Optometrist is good but probably should seek employment elsewhere due to sales/support staff. I’d see him again. First problem: They refused to accommodate a patient before me, who had a disability, request for assistance. An American Disability Act protected event and violation. Pearle Vision in Grand Junction, next to the mall is very disappointing. I have asked them three times to replace my warranty lens. First time was a rude woman that said she would order my replacement lenses and email my husbands prescription because Pearle Vision did not do his lenses correctly. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT make an appointment here for your next day after surgery appointment. So my husband has patronized this location for a LONG time. He had surgery which required a next day appointment . So of course he scheduled his next day appointment at this location. What a mistake! After the appointment was made, the next day they called to say that he needed to rescheduled- its too soon for an appointment. ? What the heck. just visited Pearl on Broadway Saugus. The young lady waiting on me was chewing gum constantly throughout our short conversation , using only one hand to type and never looked at me once. She looked as if she would rather be at the dentist having a tooth pulled than helping customers. Horrible! Ordered glasses, they took 3 weeks to arrive. A rude kid called me and told me they were ready. I went to the store on a Thursday at 1:49pm. Thursdays are one of the days they are open, and for pickup without an appointment. No one there. Store is closed. At random. No sign on the door my in the middle of business hours they are randomly closed. I called ahead of time too ensure they had business hours. From the parking lot, I called the number.
