If one is planning to get glasses from these people then I suggest you don't. I had severe issues with them returning my calls and finding my ordered glasses. This is not the first time I have had these same issues with Pearle Vision . I am selecting 5 stars for Evelyn. I had to wait with no return phone calls from the town Center store for almost a month. I finally got Evelyn and she found that my sun glasses came in but my glass lens were lost somewhere. She got right to work and continued to call me to let me know what was going on and was able to get them to me before I went to visit home. We (my husband and I) have been going to this Pearle Vision location for MANY years. It is top notch! The selection of frames is awesome. Everyone there is very helpful and while some have come and gone over the years, we have always been lucky enough to have Elvi work with us. Her knowledge of the business, dealing with insurance companies, and eyewear styling is unsurpassed. We had wrong prescriptions for the whole family, and my wife has two pair of glasses due to wrong prescriptions. This is the Doctor error and we have faced so many lives risk during driving which the store peoples can't understand. we went to their store, but they deny the lens replacement and asking for more money. This is their usual business and make money like making mistakes. Very frustrating experience with this store and the manager. Today I went to Pearle Vision in Irvine to pick up my new glasses which fit perfectly. I was helped my the manager, Bryan. He was extremely pleasant and courteous. I asked him about the 40% off special on a second pair of eyewear. When I showed him the selection I made and asked what the cost for the pair was going to be, he immediately responded with the price and then some if I wanted to purchase them today with my prescription. Hello, my name is Tony Canterbury, I made an appointment through pearl visions help at the Medina Location. I thought the technology was cool. I was surprised with an over $ 150 payment request and had to negotiate my way to a payment of $150 payment made by debit and $1 cash payment. I made the payment knowing I have little moneys and Humna health care. I came back a second time to retrieve my glasses because of my near sited suffering. Unprofessional. I did not like that I was misled about their insurance acceptance, despite my asking three times (online, phone, and in person). My care was lackluster. The doctor did not seem interested in my concerns. I will have to have a redo appointment as I am nervous that my eye health was not a priority. If you are a military family, look elsewhere for care. They are happy to advertise for us to come in but that is where they start and stop.
