Check your statements, EOB and the codes. They charged for services not rendered. When I asked for billing department they sent the poor receptionist to deliver the news that there wasn't mistake. Interestingly enough, my insurance thinks it was a mistake and are filing against them for insurance fraud. I will be giving a statement when they call for it as they are not removing the charge from my bill.
I do not recommend this business. We gave them a try and 8 months later, they offered no real help or treatment. The anxiety has only gotten worse. And even though we have communicated our concerns they have not done their job at addressing patient concerns. When trying to call the business 9 out of 10 times you will be routed to their voicemail. It is frustrating trying to call and not being able to talk to someone. Dr. Raheem is amazing. Felt so comfortable with her and her PA. All the staff is amazing.
The most unprofessional office I've ever seen. Please save your time, money and energy by avoiding this office. I promise, you won't regret it!
