I have fortunately had a good experience each time I have been to Pearl Nails & Spa. I'm able to go in the mornings, so I think that has helped me receive service in a timely manner. I always get a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff has been kind to me.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time, and my grandmother is also a regular customer, so it’s disappointing to have to write this. During my recent visit, I felt uncomfortable when several employees stood nearby speaking to each other and laughing while looking in my direction. During the service, I politely asked if my nails could be filed down a bit more because there were multiple layers of acrylic applied. I waited for an hour. I was not offered anything to drink. Did not work on my toes like I asked her. It was half worked on and not even scrubbed. They pretend to cut cuticles but are not really touching the cuticle. Plus, the nail file was white which means it was recently used! Nail polish was not what I asked for.

This salon is terrible. No wonder they have “No refunds on their wall” because they do a terrible job and are probably loosing money because of it. The shape, color and style was wrong and when I asked to correct it they said I’d be charged again to fix their mistakes. On top of that I was charged more than the agreed price for a terrible job. Stay out of this place. You will not be happy after leaving.
