I had the worst experience. I was taking my 87 year old Mom (who is recovering from hip surgery) to get a mani and pedi. I got her settled into the massage chair and went near the front door of the shop to choose her polish. In the meantime the MANAGER proceeds to take my mother's walker and use it pretending to be an old lady and laughing and having her co-worker take pictures of this on her iPhone. I highly recommend Pearl Nails Spa! it's obvious that Pearl Nails is very customer service focused. The first time I went for a Shellac mani with Trish and it lasted 3 weeks - the best Shellac I have ever had! Complete with a shoulder massage and all! Last week I went to a different salon out of town in orlando for a Shellac mani and it looked great when I left. Unfortunately, within 4 days 2 had broken and I wasn't happy with the appearance overall. Why am I giving them 5 stars then? Because I went back in Pearl Nails today... read more
Oh, yay! Finally a nice little nail salon that does it all with no questions asked. In fact, I went in to get a simple eyebrow waxing done, and then after some discussion, we decided that it was time for some, um, more waxing, and without a problem, she spent a ton of time on me. Most technicians would have been a little moody at that point; talk about a "downgrade"! ... but she was happy to do so.
