They get no stars from me. One time too many that I go in ask for a service and the do what the hell they want. Horrible. Do not know how to do designs. Right now my eyeballs hurt from these horrible eyelashes. I should have shown her a picture. What about your understanding you lack when you request that a wing eyelash that starts small lash from the inner of the eye to longer length from the out portion of the eye?
