I lived here for 3 years and was the first tenant of my unit. I've loved everything about this place. The quality of my unit, the view, the friendliness of the staff (especially Lauren), the amazing facilities. I'm only leaving because I have to leave Austin, and this apartment is the place I'm going to miss the most.
I love this place. We were originally drawn to the location and amenities - big gym (with big weights!), resort style pool/lounge area and dog park/wash station. What came as a bonus, and biggest perk, were all the social events put on by the Pearl staff. They’re not the typical apartment "parties" where you stop by and grab a cold hot dog and coke.
