I wasn't completely satisfied with the service. My car went in with a transmission problem but when I went to pick it up the car wouldn't even start. I should have been contacted concerning this for he already knew 2 days earlier. Tried to stick me with the bill to fix the problem. I will give it a 3 start rating for now for the transmission is working. I'll update later if necessary.
I used this place for the first time with good results. They fixed my car without having to do a complete rebuild, which saved a lot of money. Having car trouble is never fun but they got me back on the road quickly.
Pearl Harbor Transmission is excellent. I went to another shop before and these guys did the work quicker and charged less. I thought they were excellent and I will definitely go back.
