If you value peace and quiet, do not get an apartment overlooking the pool. People (and the complex itself) like to hold parties down there with extremely loud music. Even on the third floor, with all doors and windows closed, we recognize exactly what song is playing. The floor plans are nice, but the walls are super thin, and dogs are barking constantly.
I want everyone who is looking to move to go take a tour at Pearl Greenway. Seeing is believing! It is a AWSOME place to live and the management is EXCEPTIONAL
