Overall the staff is always friendly and no matter which Dr. we get I know we are getting great care. But...my biggest complaint is the lack of consistency between the dental hygienists. I have never had two of them ever do the same thing with cleaning. I personally like knowing what I am going to get as far as care, cleaning, etc. And it would be nice if there was a standard that everyone followed.

I get great care from the staff at Pearl Care. I never feel like I'm being rushed through my procedures. They monitor my dental health for potential future concerns, provide clear answers to any questions I may have, and develop recommendations for my dental care plan.
