The morning was a comedy of errors. Showed up on time but the appointment was an hour later than my reminder email indicated. The service once in the chair was the usual good quality. So the first hour was waiting and the second hour was crown prep. The third hour was the beginning of a cleaning, a change in staff, and a change in the room. Great staff. High quality care. Pleasant, happy employees indicates to me an office that is run very well. They appear to be on the cutting edge of dental innovations and procedures. Great view while receiving treatment. I especially appreciate the great pains they go to to maintain a clean, sanitary operatory and office.

Love spending "quality" time with Jody Tucker. She is amazing. Actually, all of the people on staff at Pearlcare are amazing. Very professional yet warm and welcoming. Love the friendly vibe there.

Service was excellent as usual. Did have a bit of a glitch in the appointment reminder system.
