Peak to Peak Treats you Right! Peak to Peak Transmission is the best! I had just moved to the area, my husband was still in Texas, and I had to deal with getting a new transmission by myself. TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS GO TO PEAK TO PEAK I had problems with my Mercury Mountaineer 2002 and I called Charlie at Peak to Peak. After explaining the symptoms Charlie was able to diagnose the problem over the telephone and give me a rough estimate for the job. He offered a free diagnostic check, that alone was worth over a $100, Ford were going to charge me for the check and so I didn't go there although they were right around the corner from me in Briargate. All Ladies Stop!!!!!!Go NO Further Ladies don't do a thing until you see Charlie! I have an older Dodge Ram truck and Charlie rebuilt my transmission top to bottom. He is the only shop I would personally do business with. His warranty cannot be matched. I went to Colorado Transmission and it was not a very friendly experience. Outstanding mechanical work and exceptional customer care! I'm a local fireman/paramedic and due to the nature of my business I know what good customer care and service is. Honors Warranty Fast I have had 2 warranty issues with the transmission that Peak to Peak installed. In both cases the problem was handled the quickly. The problems were not the fault of Peak to Peak, but were parts failures in the transmission. One was a seal and the other was an overdrive solenoid that only failed when it was very hot. And I saved $1600 compared to the local Ford Dealer estimate on a 2002 Explorer.
