After waiting a full 10 minutes, the girl using assisted dip finally stopped talking long enough to acknowledge me, only to let me know she & the guy she was with weren’t gonna be done anytime soon.
Unless you’re willing to share like a civilized adult who understands the world doesn’t revolve around them, maybe workout at home instead of going to a gym & hogging equipment (see below ⬇️⬇️⬇️).
The machines are in great quality/condition and the weight training area is never crowded. The staff is super helpful and friendly as well.
Actual facilities are nice; compared to local gyms. Most members have no gym etiquette. WAY too many kids (in areas they’re not supposed to be — locker rooms, weights). Seen cars damaged in lot.
Zumba team is amazing.

Want an amazing trainer? Don Mower is awesome. Worth every penny and sore muscle.
Looking to get in shape? This is the place. The trainers here are worth their weight in gold! Hot tub, sauna & steam room help relax you too;)
