I was fired via voicemail and dont even know why. I did call off because I was sick guess no one is able to get sick. 12 hour shifts in all weather conditions. They provide no shelter if you are outside even if its 10 degrees out. They wont even provide a long sleeve shirt. They charge for uniforms that are awful.They charge you for a background check they dont do. Its them logging on to the public criminal court dockets. They try to act like they are so professional when they are the worse security company to work for.
This company treats its employees very badly. This might be because they charge their employees for everything (including background checks, uniforms, etc.) but fail to actually perform real background checks and offer zero benefits. I worked for this company and discovered most of their employees lacked integrity, lacked professionalism, and were highly incompetent. Don't work for them, and don't waste your time or money hiring them. You were warned.
