Chris and Gina are just fantastic. No job too big or small! They performed a very large home inspection for us (3 unit multi with private well, septic, radon tests, etc.) all for an incredibly reasonable price. When that house fell through due to non-inspection reasons, we didn't hesitate to call them again to inspect our new home. They are so accommodating, were able to fit us in quickly for both inspections, and are just an absolute pleasure to work with! I can't recommend them highly enough!
As a first time home buyer I was worried and was under a tight deadline but they were able to make a quick appointment and were thorough, explained everything and made the process easy, inspections went quick and smooth, that night I got my review by email. I recently had Chris and Gina do an inspection for me and I was really pleased with their professionalism and experience. They took the time to explain things very well and gave ample time for questions to be asked. I felt as though they were very thorough and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house inspection.
Chris and Gina arrived early at the property and started the inspection promptly. They did a very thorough inspection and provided explanations of findings as they went along. Great teamwork , Very professional, very courteous and we had our detailed report within hours. All for a great price too. Thanks very much ! Looking forward to being in our new home soon !!
Our condo inspection was at 2:00 pm and we had a complete report by 5:00 pm. No surprises as Gina & Chris asked and answered questions throughout the inspection. Their knowledge of residential housing was impressive and their report helpful and informative. And, they are personable as well as professional!
