Everything to do with buying a house is nerve wracking- including the home inspection, Chris, Gina, and Cameron made that process so much easier. They are all very easy to deal with, open to any and all of your questions, very thorough in their inspections and we definitely reccomend them for your home inspection.
They did a great job! We're buying an older home and all the little weird quirky stuff those entail. They inspected and checked everything and were very thorough. Hopefully we won't be moving again for some time, but if the opportunity arises, we would use them again.
Chris and Gina and (Cam) were super easy to work with. We used them for 2 house inspections. They were friendly, punctual, honest. Would not hesitate to hire them again!!!
Buying a home through the VA to meet requirements I found the cost and the options to be affordable to have one company check your home water and septic together was worth it. Inspector Chris and Gina were early which is a plus for me cause I am early, they were already setting up they covered alot of area and pictures were in great quality.
