I have been using peak cleaning on my out of state STR property. They have been extremely easy to communicate with and the house has been properly cleaned before every guest check in. I am very pleased with their services.
Called the previous week to schedule a move-out clean & carpet clean for early following week as we were giving the keys back on Thurs. I spoke with two representatives to discuss the details but did not receive a time window when they would arrive. I called the day before they were suppose to show up & to my surprise they did not have me on their schedule. when talking to the gentleman, I didn't get the impression they were going to be able to accommodate getting me added to their schedule so I had to go with someone else. ... read more

Cleaning was performed as per specific instructions and performed well!
Excellent service! Our airbnb home is properly staged and neat after every cleaning. Communication has been excellent as well!
