Today was my first facial appointment at peak with Taylor. The facial and the service was absolutely amazing. Taylor is wonderful, her massages are amazing and she took time to explain what products I should be using for my skin. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of business acumen & basic respect by Paige. I was TWO minutes late and she refused to do the service stating she would only have 30mins for LUNCH and had back to back appointments after that. I came all the way from Coconut Creek in a uber & called her 3mins before her policy time frame and explained that it got caught at the red light literally next to her place’s plaza (Military & Clint Moore) and that I was actively about to be there - she stated her 5mins policy (which is truly unhea... read more
