We absolutely adore our primary care NP Sarah Sass! She’s been so great with our kiddos! Dana is our preferred care provider when Sarah is out of the office or unavailable; and Dana has been absolutely wonderful with our kiddos as well!! My only issue is Nicole (Saint Joseph location) is so rude and combative every single time I speak with her on the phone. Staff is unbelievably rude. This is my child, watch your tone or go work with adults.
We were very disappointed by the way we were treated by the providers here. They lacked compassion at every one of our appointments and refused to answer our questions. Bedside manner was lacking by just about every person we encountered. It was obvious that our child was just another dollar sign. Don’t expect to be treated with kindness or respect, and don’t expect individualized care based on your child’s specific needs.
