Always a great experience
This entire network of doctors is only interested in maximizing what they can bill to your insurance. After my child was a patient for a year, including referrals from this office to specialists, they still didn't know my first name, still didn't know what formula she needed, never once prescribed formula even though she had a G tube the whole time (not supposed to use store bought for the surgical equipment), and when I showed up for the appointment we made to have her tube come out, I was treated like I wasn't even there. ... read more
We absolutely adore our primary care NP Sarah Sass! She’s been so great with our kiddos! Dana is our preferred care provider when Sarah is out of the office or unavailable; and Dana has been absolutely wonderful with our kiddos as well!! My only issue is Nicole (Saint Joseph location) is so rude and combative every single time I speak with her on the phone. I haven’t really ever dealt with her in clinic, but it really throws off the whole experience having to argue or justify why I think my child needs to be seen. More than ... read more
