Unethical business and lack of integrity. Talked to General Sales Manager Ron St. John and agreed upon a price on a vehicle over the phone. He agreed to hold vehicle for 24 hours for me. An hour after the phone conversation, as I was on my way to buy the vehicle, Ron called and said the vehicle was sold.

Before I purchased my car at Peacock Ford, I was not a dealership maintenance person at all. I had such a positive experience purchasing that I decided to give it a go and make sure to maintain the car with them as well. I have been very happy with the result- my little Fiesta is in great shape 6 years later and the service is always top notch. They are taking safety very seriously right now- all employees have their masks on and there is even a person who constantly disinfects everything!
