I took my vehicle in because there was a recall and they told me that it would be ready in a day. Four days later is when I actually got my vehicle back. They don’t even give you a loaner so for four days I was without a car. I guess it wasn’t important for them to fix it as they weren’t making any money of of it.

I needed a battery and did not have an Appt but Lyman helped me out, made sure I got home even though it was a mile outside of there shuttle range and got my car ready by the afternoon. Later I found out he had been with Ford for quite a while and my normal guy had since moved on. I was so very pleased and I will definitely request him when I go back. The service was so friendly and Lyman definitely made me happy that I use Ford to get my service done.

Some vents were blowing hot, while others cold. Service tech made it sound very complicated and quoted $1,286 to repair. After paying $115 for the diagnostic, I took it to a reputable a/c shop who fixed it in a few hours for $200 and said what Peacock recommended was not needed.
