Appointment scheduled via phone with convenience of text reminders. Lyman was personable and professional. I was reluctant to switch from my Space Coast Ford service location but look forward to continued great service at Peacock Ford.
I have a 2003 F250 that I have taken there for service and repair several times. It has never been a great experience. Last experience, for example; Call ahead for an appointment, was given a time of 9:30am. In my opinion, making an appointment instead of stopping by and waiting for the 1st available, means the same as getting a haircut or going to a restaurant, You are 1st in line and will be placed in the service bay very soon. I called the Dealership to obtain a history of my last battery purchase. After the operator transferred my call several times the phone disconnected, Moments later a nice gentleman by the name of Brent with a smile in his voice called me back!! He said would take care of getting my car battery installed if I arrived before 6:00 pm. I arrived at approx 5:30 and as Brent said my battery was installed. Peacock dealership gives 5 star service. Location was near my home, so that’s why I chose this dealer for my first oil- service on my 2020 F-150 Limited. The service aspect of the dealership is a 3/10. They were nice. My service took 2 hours, seemed excessive as they weren’t even busy (you can look at their shop via a tv in the lounge) While sitting in the “Lounge” I did my part by wearing a mask and I wrongly assumed the staff there would wear there’s. 90% of the SALE staff didn’t even have one on their person and walked around the few people that were sitting wai... read more
Tom was my service writer. he was very helpful and provide some tips on how to degrease my car seats.
Bill Green and the sales manager Bill Han are very good. Zero pressure tactics. Looked at a used truck and left. I didn't receive 20 phone calls hounding me to come back. Very laid back and professional. I'd buy again and recommend anyone looking at a ford to stop in.
